Okrąglak
Unique office building, simultaneously a gem of Polish modernism and one of the symbols of Poznań. This briefly characterizes the former headquarters of the Powszechny Dom Towarowy „Okrąglak”, which for over 60 years has accompanied the residents of Poznań, co-creating the modern urban fabric of the capital of Wielkopolska. „Okrąglak”, constructed between 1948-1954, was designed by the distinguished Polish architect Marek Leykam.
The modernizations of the 1970s stripped the building of its original character, breaking away from the original solutions chosen by the author. However, thanks to a thorough renovation carried out in 2011-2012, it was possible to restore the former glory of „Okrąglak” – simultaneously changing its function from commercial to office-service. Today, the building offers modern office spaces, adapted to the needs of the most demanding tenants.

Kwadraciak
Along with the general renovation and modernization of ‘Okrąglak’ in 2012, a state-of-the-art Class A office building – ‘Kwadraciak’ – was put into use. Together with the modernist gem of Polish post-war architecture, it forms an extraordinary office-service complex.
On an area of 930 m², there are office spaces (750 m²) and retail areas (100 m²), finished to the highest standard – in order to meet the expectations of the most demanding tenants.
The average floor area is 150 m², and the building’s structure allows for any interior arrangement. The undoubted advantage of “Kwadraciak” is the large glazing of the facade, providing excellent access to daylight.
